for banks that are interested in outsourcing the insurance to

Why should my
Financial Institution consider using the ARP Management
Insurance Program?
The lien holder will be covered as an additional insured and as
the loss payee under the Aircraft Repossession Program (ARP).
Bank Managers with a vision can see the benefits associated with
this program, which include:
- Avoiding the Insurance Company minimum premium requirement for
them to insure a repossessed aircraft by scheduling it under
ARP. We estimate the premium savings to be 50%-75% with ARP.
- No short term premium cancellation penalties.
- Automatic Coverage Endorsement transfers risk from Financial
Institution to ARP.
- Alternate liability limits are available under our program from
$1 mil to $25 mil. Hull values can range from $10,000 to
$25,000,000. We can include Piston and Turbine (Jet) Aircraft,
including Helicopters,
under the program.
- Aero Alliance's ARP is underwritten with an A rated insurance
company.
- Banks receive Breach of Warranty coverage and named as loss
payee, so you’re covered in the event of a hull or liability
loss.
- Premiums are adjusted and payable
quarterly for any aircraft added to ARP.

- Sales Demonstration Flights
- Aircraft Maintenance Flights
- Ground Storage

Certificates of
Insurance
Aero Alliance will maintain a file on aircraft and track the
aircraft insurance renewals with the bank, if this service is
desired. Any time we don't receive the renewal Certificate, we
will contact the bank and the aviation broker responsible for
providing evidence of the renewal insurance (on the bank's
behalf), including the Breach of Warranty coverage.
